Please allow up to 7 business days for your item(s) to be shipped. If you require expedited shipping, please contact me before you place your order.
Shipping is calculated based on weight and Canada Post shipping rates.
Shipping pottery is expensive due to the fragility, size and weight. If you live in the Ottawa/Gatineau area or the Montreal area and would like to try and pool shipping costs with other customers for a local pickup let me know and I can see what I can do.
Local pickup and sometimes delivery is always available in Revelstoke, BC.

We are not currently offering any returns or exchanges on orders. Please take the time to reach out with any questions prior to purchasing.
I do my best to ensure each piece is well made and well packaged, however if you are not satisfied with your item(s) or if it has incurred damage during shipping, please please reach out and let me know as soon as possible.
